Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally yet.

Cost. Standard shipping is $5.99 on orders under $35 and free on orders of $35 or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time. Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive 2 to 6 business days after they ship. Carrier delays during holidays and bad weather are outside our control.

Tracking. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package shows delivered but you cannot find it, or arrives damaged, email support@nabzap.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address. Check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can correct it only before the order ships.
