Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

How to return. Email support@nabzap.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within one business day with the return address and steps. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we pay return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For other returns, you pay return shipping.

Refunds. We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and checking the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Items we cannot accept back. Opened or used items, unless they are defective.

Exchanges. We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
